Little Bear Workshop is operated by R&S Creative Holdings Pty Ltd ATF R&S Discretionary Trust, ABN 90690581681, located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Products
3D Printed Items
All products sold by Little Bear Workshop are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid) plastic. Our products are handmade and may have minor variations in colour, texture, or finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Age Recommendations
Our fidget toys and products are recommended for ages 3 and above. Small parts may present a choking hazard for younger children. Adult supervision is recommended.
Product Safety
Our products are made from eco-friendly PLA plastic. PLA is generally considered safe, but our products are not intended to be chewed, eaten, or placed in the mouth. Keep away from heat sources as PLA can soften at temperatures above 50°C.
Orders and Payment
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods available through Square. All payments are processed securely by Square. By making a purchase, you agree to Square's Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
Stock Availability
Due to the handmade nature of our products, stock availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
Shipping
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $50: Flat rate $9.95
- Orders $50 and over: Free shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods (such as Christmas), processing times may be longer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, standard Australia Post delivery times apply:
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-10 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 14 business days
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
Change of Mind
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
Faulty Products
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Little Bear Workshop or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
The 3D printed designs we sell are produced under commercial licenses from original designers. Purchase of a product does not grant you rights to reproduce, resell, or distribute the design.
Mystery Eggs and Surprise Products
When you purchase a "Mystery Egg" or similar surprise product, you acknowledge that:
- The contents are randomly selected
- Specific items cannot be requested or guaranteed
- The surprise element is part of the product experience
- Refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with the random selection
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Bear Workshop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Bear Workshop, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
